CENTURY 21 Green Realty Inc., Brokerage respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send through a form on this site, including saved search criteria and property enquiries.
- Registration information. If you create an account to view sold data, we record your name, email, the date you accepted the VOW terms, and your access history, as required by our data licence.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through server logs and analytics.
- Locally stored preferences. Saved and favourited listings are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us unless you sign in.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide real estate services you have asked for.
- To send listing alerts and market updates you have consented to receive.
- To comply with our obligations under the board's VOW agreement, which requires us to record registrations and monitor access.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
Consent
We collect personal information only with your knowledge and consent. Every form on this site includes an explicit consent checkbox, as CASL requires for commercial electronic messages. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: our brokerage and its administrative staff; service providers who operate our website, email, and customer relationship management systems, under contractual confidentiality obligations; and other parties where required by law or by the real estate board's rules. Where a service provider operates outside Canada, your information may be stored or processed in that jurisdiction and may be accessible to its courts and law enforcement.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law and by RECO record-keeping requirements, and then securely destroy it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
